Clinical evidence is the baseline.
The life a patient regains is the measure.
DermaBind exists because there is a gap between what wound care can achieve and what most wound care programs actually deliver. That gap is primarily a problem in the system, one where inadequate documentation, inappropriate application, and insufficient clinical education prevent adequate wound care.

We are a product company and we are not pretending otherwise.
But the way we operate is through clinical discipline. Every tool we build, every piece of education we develop, and every partnership we pursue is grounded in a single question: does this serve the patient? Our four values are not aspirational statements.
They are decision criteria.
Hippocratic
Does this protect the clinician’s ability to do no harm?
EVIDENCE-BASED
Can we cite
peer-reviewed data?
HOLISTIC
Does this consider the whole patient, not just the wound?
FORWARD-LOOKING
Does this serve the ten-year relationship, not just the transaction?
If the answer to any of those questions is no, we go back to the drawing board.
The Clinical Team.
The DermaBind Clinical Stewardship Program is led by clinicians with direct experience in wound care practice. Their role is to ensure that every tool, resource, and piece of guidance the program produces reflects the realities of clinical practice, not marketing assumptions.
