PRODUCT OVERVIEW
A framework for the full arc of wound care.
The DermaBind Clinical Stewardship Program gives clinicians the documentation frameworks, clinical education, and practice guidance they need to manage wound care patients from first assessment through to resolution. It is built on the conviction that clinical discipline and defensible practice are expressions of the same commitment to patient welfare.
The program is growing. We are building it alongside the clinicians and partners who use it, and we are doing so openly. What exists today is the 30-Day Medical Necessity Pathway. Education modules, certification pathways, and expanded clinical resources are in active development.

A documentation tool designed to make CMS LCD compliance feel like the clinical record it already is.

The program and its purpose.
Most advanced wound care programs focus on the product. The DermaBind Clinical Stewardship Program focuses on the practice. It exists to give clinicians the knowledge, tools, and ongoing support they need to make well-informed decisions about wound care — before, during, and after the use of an advanced wound covering.
Clinical stewardship, in wound care as in antimicrobial medicine, means using advanced treatments appropriately, in the right patient, at the right time, with the right documentation. It means applying a graft because the clinical record demonstrates that the patient has exhausted standard care and is a good candidate for the next step.
The program formalises that discipline into practical tools, education, and a community of clinicians who hold themselves to the same standard.

The program does not pretend to be complete. We believe transparency about what is available now and what is coming is more useful to clinicians than a polished brochure for something that doesn’t exist yet. If you want to be part of shaping it, start a conversation.
